Spare Wheel Covers
If you've got a four-wheel drive with a spare wheel fitted to the rear door, then a printed spare wheel cover is a very quick and easy way to add some advertising to your vehicle. You can choose between buying a complete printed cover or you can buy a sticker that you simply add to your existing wheel cover.
How much does it cost?{mosimage}
A printed wheel cover with graphics and text will usually cost approximately £75 to £100. A printed sticker with graphics and text to add to your existing wheel cover will usually cost less than £50.
How are they made?
You can usually choose between either a soft, rigid or semi-rigid wheel cover depending on how much you wish to spend. Soft wheel covers are usually made from a waterproof fabric with an elasticated opening that can be easily stretched over the top of the wheel. Rigid wheel covers often use a two-part vacuum moulded plastic casing that fits to the front and back of the wheel. Semi-rigid wheel covers use a rigid vacuum moulded plastic casing for the front of the wheel, but an elasticated waterproof fabric that stretches to fit the cover to the rear of the wheel.
Limitations
Wheel covers are a quick and easy way to add some cheap advertising to your own vehicle, but you will only ever be advertising to a very limited audience (the people who are driving directly behind you).
